The offer

The Smart Website build fee is $0 and accompanies your paid subscription to Local Growth System at $297/month for the system and support. The website build starts only after your approval, enrollment, and payment. You can cancel anytime; when you cancel, future recurring charges stop.

Usage credit and charges

A $25 monthly platform-usage credit is included. Platform overages and domain charges are separate, and exact rates and covered usage are disclosed before payment in the service agreement. This draft does not state refund or prorating terms.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee revenue, leads, inquiries, bookings, or search rankings. The system gives you real chances to capture and win work; outcomes depend on your market, effort, and follow-through.

Your website and data on exit

On exit we provide your website code, domain control, and customer data. You will need replacement hosting and services to keep things running. We do not hold your assets hostage.

SMS terms

Text messages are sent by Local Growth System LLC. As a required step of submitting the survey, you agree to receive automated text messages at the number you provide — including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up about your inquiry, and marketing offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
