What we collect

When you answer our short survey or book a Smart Website System Call, we collect the details you submit: your name, email, phone number, business name and type, current website (if any), services, your main goal, whether your business is existing or new, your acknowledgment of the $297/month offer, any appointment details, and your required consent to receive automated text messages. We do not request sensitive health or financial information through this funnel.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare and deliver the walkthrough you requested, schedule and confirm your call, respond to your inquiries, and send automated text messages — including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up about your inquiry, and marketing offers — to the number you provide, which you agree to as a required step of submitting the survey. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Service providers

To deliver these functions, our service providers process your data on our behalf. This includes our CRM and calendar scheduling provider, communications provider (for email and text messages), and the hosting provider for your Smart Website once built. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the functions you requested.

Temporary booking continuity

After a confirmed CRM submission, your name, email, phone, and contact ID (if supported) are briefly held in same-tab session storage so you don't re-enter details when booking. This stays in your current browser tab only — it is never placed in a URL, never written to a permanent cookie, and is cleared after you complete a booking or when the session expires.

Retention

We keep your details for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose you requested (such as completing your call and follow-up), and longer only where needed for legal or legitimate business record-keeping. We do not promise specific retention durations, data-location guarantees, or security certifications in this draft.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your details, or withdraw any consent, by contacting our support email. Withdrawing consent or opting out of messages does not revoke consent we already received for earlier communications.

Website and advertising tracking

This site uses two measurement tools. First, a tracking tool installed by Local Growth System LLC (loaded from links.thelocalgrowthsystem.com) measures website interactions and submission events for this funnel. It does not require you to log in.

Second, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement and conversion tracking, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel sets cookies and uses device and browser information. We have disabled Meta's automatic advanced matching and automatic form capture for this integration, so we do not send your name, email, phone number, form answers, or contact identifiers to Meta through the pixel or its URLs.

The Meta Pixel and its events load only after you accept the website analytics/advertising preference on this site. You can accept or decline with equal controls, and your choice is saved in your browser. Declining means no Meta Pixel loads and no Meta advertising cookies are set for this site. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: when your browser signals it, we treat the preference as declined. You can change your choice anytime using the “Advertising preferences” link in the footer.

When the preference is accepted, we may send the same conversion event — a confirmed survey save or a confirmed booking — to Meta's server-side Conversions API in addition to the browser pixel. Browser and server events share the same event name and event ID so Meta can deduplicate them. The Conversions API uses an access token held only on our server and sends no personal data, form answers, or contact identifiers. It is active only when that authorized token is configured; if it is not configured, no server-side event is sent and the browser pixel still works on its own.

We do not claim these tools record specific sensitive data. If we add other advertising or analytics tracking, we will update this disclosure and present the applicable privacy choices before activating it.
